Protein Packed Power Salad


Is there anything worse than feeling hungry after you've just eaten a meal? It feels so good 
to munch down on a mixed greens salad, but sometimes a veggie packed salad can leave your stomach searching out something more satiating not long after you put down your fork. This salad is fun because its versatile, simple, full of protein, the right kinds of heart-healthy fat, and fiber-filled veggies. Its also nice and filling so you won't pop the top on the pantry cookie jar two hours after your last bite.


Pro Tips:

Start with 1 scoop or less of the protein powder and keep adding small amounts to find your preferred taste.

For a hint of extra taste add some healthy natural salt into your dressing!
