Healing Back and Knee Pain The Most Natural Way Possible

The squat is considered by many athletes and strength coaches to be the ‘king’ of all exercises, and a properly executed squat can be one of the most beneficial movements you can master. Squatting will help you develop leg strength, firm your glutes and aid in full-body mobility and stability. If you are looking to burn fat, build muscle, and move pain free proper squatting is a must.

The human body has the ability to resolve pain and heal itself infinitely in fact every second that we are alive, the cells in our bodies are endlessly working to bring us back to a natural state of homeostasis. Although this might be difficult to believe, especially if you are suffering from chronic pain, you have capacity to correct motor control errors and alleviate pain, with just your body. With proper exercise, nutrition, sleep, stress management, and hydration your body can do a lot of repair, but if you want to live a pain free life, you also need to understand how to move safely and effectively or you'll simply keep damaging your body.

So why is the squat such an important movement? Squatting isn't just something you do in FitVibe, Humans squat 100's of times everyday. Every time you sit down, or get up from a chair or couch, remove yourself from the toilet, or lift something (or someone) off the ground, you’re performing a squat. So what happens if you're performing 100's of incorrect squats each day? Sooner or later your body lets you know. Sooner or later you're going to develop knee or back pain. How do you know if you aren't performing a squat or any other movement properly? It hurts! Squatting with bad form has huge negative consequences on your body. On the flip side squatting properly actually helps balance your body, stabilize your spine, and alieivate knee and back pain.
